After waking up at the crack of dawn and making our way to the Karachi Airport, A 6 hour flight to Istanbul, a two hour layover, an hour and a half delay, an 11 hour flight to Chicago and a 4 hour drive to Indiana I AM FINALLY HOME!
After a long but scenic drive to Hyderabad I finally met my new sister in law and her beautiful family! I have never had a sister but she and her sisters are the sweetest and my honorary sisters! We went and got henna tattoos done for the wedding! Tomorrow is the nikkah 😍 #findingthehappy #QureshiWedding
I don’t often get much one-on-one time with my dad as he works third shift and is often asleep when I come home or vice versa. While our flight was long and at times tiring it was fun getting to spend some genuine time with him. Our playful banter, (i.e. competition for who can get more likes on facebook lol) and conversation helped the plane ride go by much quicker #findingthehappy
After a long week in anticipation we are finally on our way to Pakistan! Although the preparations have been long and at times stressful I am looking forward to all that lies ahead. I will be trying my best to continue to post my #100hapydays posts but sometimes I will be at the mercy of my wifi connection. Please keep me and my fathers safe arrival in your prayers! #QureshiWedding #findingthehappy
In all the crazy of getting ready for my flight tomorrow I received the images from my birthday photoshoot today! I absolutely love them, and know for years to come I will be able to look at them and smile at the memory of bringing in my 30th year on this earth. A great pick me up in all the hustle and bustle today #findingthehappy
